Warwick based Avon CNC agents for Swiss Rotary Table Manufacturer P.L.Lehmann, will be exhibiting a EA510L 4th axes Rotary table fitted to a Feeler Vertical machining Centre at the forthcoming VIP Open day at the Engineering Technology Group showroom in Southam on Thursday 15th September from 10-00 till 16-00hrs.

The table will be fitted to a HV800 machining centre and will be running a bridge fixture concept

The VIP day is aimed at engineers/companies with a real interest in new cost effective machining.

The EA510L is Lehmann’s best selling standard table, and has an impressive specification. In comparison with similar competitor models it requires 35% of the space and is roughly 40% the weight. 180 degree cycle time is 0.57 seconds, spindle speed is 90rpm, and has clamping torque of 800Nm.

Faceplate diameter available from 100mm – 200mm. The maximum load on the spindle is 225Kg.

The Lehmann 500 Series is a complete new range of tables with many interesting features. Combiflex allows an end user or OEM to build a 5 axes unit from a kit, building on a 4 axes table. Imperviousness is guaranteed with a standard IP67 rating “Black box” technology constantly monitors air pressure and condensation to guard against failure.

A complete range of clamping accessories and options are available as standard.
