CNC Training Academy confirms attendance at MACH 2012, and offers Stand visitors a full and varied programme of learning activities.
The CNC Training Academy has announced that it will be attending the MACH 2012 Show in April (Hall 5 Stand 5590), and will promoting and demonstrating the productivity and performance benefits manufacturers can expect to achieve from investing in proven and professionally-delivered CNC Programmer training.
Focusing on Fanuc turning and milling CNC Programmer Training and Heidenhain 4th & 5th axis Programming, but also running both introductory and more in-depth practical sessions on FeatureCAM (for multi-axis mill-turn centres and 5-axis machining centres); Cimco Edit software (also incorporating MDC – the real-time machine data collection system that gives instant reports and stats on shop floor productivity); Fanuc Manual Guide i and PC Fapt - the intention behind the Academy's attendance at MACH is to demonstrate, via interactive and one-on-one sessions, how manufacturers can get more from their CNC machine tools.
Also being launched on the Stand will be a new range of training courses aimed at less experienced lathe and milling machine operators and setters. These introductory courses, in conjunction with its existing courses and training provision, make the Academy’s offering more comprehensive and allow customers/course attendees to see and follow clear training progression routes (e.g. from operator/setter through to programmer).
The Academy’s latest Training course Schedule will also be available as a giveaway on the Stand as will Fanuc Turning and Milling training manuals, available at a special MACH discounted price.
Says Academy Training Manager Jeff Hart:
'We have 6 (wirelessly-linked) work stations on our Stand where visitors can see, understand and appreciate the productivity potential of our mainstream CNC Programmer Training Courses, and our advanced, specialist courses too.
'We are providing companies (and individuals) with the opportunity to meet directly with our training consultants to discuss their own specific training requirements and to identify how our standard and/or specialist courses can address and meet these needs.
‘Whether you’re a relative novice or a seasoned pro – why not visit our Stand where, in a supportive and informal atmosphere, you can find out more about the training opportunities available and open to you.’
