UK Machine Tool Supplier Changes Name to Reflect it's Market

Story added 24 August 2010.

In an effort to allow potential customers to understand the nature of their business, products, and the geographical area covered, Rochdale based Machine Tool company Victor Europe has changed its name to Victor CNC (UK) Limited.

Company MD Roland Willott explained. “Due to the fact that each new generation of Victor Machine Tools is becoming more and more high-tech, after much deliberation we decided that the name Victor CNC (UK) Limited, best reflected the nature of our business. Also, the ‘Europe’ suffix of our previous name reflected the fact that our sales remit once encompassed the whole of Europe. As our sales area now consists of the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia, we felt that the all embracing ‘Europe’ element of our previous name could cause confusion.”

With its impressive Headquarters in Rochdale, Lancashire, 5 minutes from the M62, Victor CNC (UK) Limited, is an associated subsidiary Company of the renowned Victor Taichung Machinery Works Co. Limited. Helped by the excellent reputation of
its comprehensive range of machine tools, the company has experienced remarkable growth since its establishment in Rochdale. Victor’s continuing success, in what is a very competitive marketplace, is reflected in the company’s current
impressive market share. Machine Tool advice, demonstrations, technical support  and service takes place from the company’s Rochdale base, whilst efficient installation and commissioning is undertaken by the company’s team of skilled engineers. Victor’s fully equipped, in-house demonstration facility allows customers
the opportunity to thoroughly examine CNC Lathe and Machining Centres prior to purchase, whilst rapid lead times are assured by the Victor’s generous machine stocks.

Roland Willot continued. “Under our new more descriptive company name, we will continue to provide our winning combination of high-quality innovative CNC machine tools, skilled company personnel and first class facilities, enables Victor CNC (UK) Limited to offer high-quality, cost effective products and efficient services to our growing customer base.”
