An employee of CAD/CAM software specialist, Alphacam, has been recognised for his contribution to the company by being presented with a five year Service Award.

Steve Searle joined the company in 2010 as a Support Engineer where he was responsible for assisting and supporting Alphacam’s extensive UK customer base. During the next two years, Mr Searle was involved with the applications team, travelling to customer premises to assist in the installation of the software and training customers. In June 2012, Mr Searle took on the role of Alphacam’s Training Manager, where he was solely responsible for looking after the training requirements for all customers from new users to advanced 5-Axis users requiring specialist training.

Mr Searle says: 'I have had great opportunities over the last five years working with the Alphacam team and it is thanks to them that I enjoy what I do.'

Speaking of the award, Alphacam’s EMEA Sales Manager, Michael Pettit says: 'We are very grateful for Steve’s contribution to the team over the last five years.
