Greenleaf Slices Through All Materials With New Milling Range

The new Index-O-Cut is a high performance milling range capable of machining all types of material credit to its high shear cutting action and the 45 degree lead angle on the indexible inserts. Ideal for maximising productivity with its aggressively high speed and feed rates, the smooth cutting action reduces stress on the spindle and horsepower consumption.

The cutter body of the Index-O-Cut is manufactured from a high alloy steel for prolonged tool body life and it is available in 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125mm diameters. The tool bodies respectively house 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 insert pockets, providing high speed and feed machining on everything from low carbon steel, alloy steel, high carbon steel, tool steel, high temperature alloys and stainless steel.

The Index-O-Cut is available with octagonal inserts with eight cutting edges that prolong tool life and reduce insert costs for the end user. Currently, the impressive mew series is available with two insert grades, the G9120 for general steel machining and the G-915 for machining difficult to cut alloys such as hastalloy, inconel, Waspalloy and much more.

The smooth cutting action of the Index-O-Cut has been proven to increase tool life by more than 60% by rapidly removing chips from the cutting area with its innovative 45 degree lead angle and smooth cutting action. For more information, please contact Greenleaf.
