Tungaloy Proud to be a Gold Member of Made in the Midlands

The annual Made in the Midlands Manufacturing Exhibition will be returning to the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on the 21st June and it promises to be the largest show in its nine year history. Privileged to be supporting the event will be cutting tool manufacturer Tungaloy.

The new AH8005 and AH8015 have been designed for machining super alloys and are proving hugely successful with unsurpassed tool life on materials such as Inc909, Inc718,  Inc625, Hastelloy C-4, 21-43N & TiAl6V4 to list just as few. To support this claim, full test reports are available on request. Alongside the super alloy grades will be the new T9215. Designed for machining ISO P15 steel, this grade was only released in March and it has already taken the industry by storm. When tested against the industrials leading grades for P25, the T9215 has proven to more than double tool life on materials such as S55C, SCM440, S32750 & SNCM430. FOC samples of all of these grades as well as many other grades will be available on the stand, so you can witness the benefits for yourself.
