Yamazaki Mazak will exhibit the INTEGREX i-400S multi-tasking machine at Southern Manufacturing 2013.

The INTEGREX i-400S is ideally suited to subcontract manufacturing and offers environmentally friendly and energy efficient performance with real versatility. It is capable of completing all turning and machining operations, from raw material to finished component, with just one set-up, one machine and one operator, emphasising Mazak’s Done-In-One machining philosophy.

The main spindle is equipped with 30kW of power and a maximum rotating speed of 3,300 revs per minute.  The milling spindle also offers 26 kW (30 minutes rating) and is capable of 4,000 revs per minute. The INTEGREX i-400S benefits from a range of ergonomic features, including a larger viewing window following customer feedback and a 19 inch CNC display panel on the Mazatrol Matrix 2 control, which is also height adjustable for ease of operation.

Southern Manufacturing is the UK’s largest regional manufacturing, electronics and subcontracting exhibition, and will be held at FIVE, Farnborough. During the course of the show the INTEGREX i-400S will be regularly performing live cutting demonstrations.
