XYZ Machine Tools hosts 3D printing seminar

XYZ Machine Tools has pulled together a selection of highly-respected keynote speakers for a free of charge 3D printing seminar to be held at its Burlescombe headquarters on the 22nd and 23rd May. The two-hour seminars will focus on the HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D Printer with Processing and Fast Cooling Stations, as well as providing the opportunity to question experts from HP and the 3D printing industry. The morning seminar commences at 10:30 and is repeated at 13:30, with coffee and lunch provided. Anyone wishing to attend can register by calling 01823 674200, e-mailing sales@xyzmachinetools. However, spaces are limited on each of the sessions, so pre-booking as soon as possible is essential.

In each two-hour seminar visitors will hear from Graeme Bond – who will give and end-user perspective giving attendees the benefit of his many years of experience in 3D printing and additive manufacturing across many platforms, including the HP Multi Jet technology. He is happy to answer any questions visitors may have. Other speakers include Paul Gately – HP Business Manager, who will highlight what makes HP so special; Maryam Qureshi – HP Applications, who will explain the endless possibilities through use of 3D printing and completing the speaker line-up is Neil Johnson – Siemens NX, who will highlight how easy it is to push the boundaries of what’s possible to create lighter, stronger and more efficient products using the Siemens NX software for HP.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to listen and interact with some leading lights in the technology of 3D printing,” says Nigel Atherton, Managing Director, XYZ Machine Tools. “3D printing using the HP Multi Jet Fusion is a revelation and has moved the technology out of the R&D and toolroom environment truly into the world of production.”
