The German machine tool manufacturer specialises in sophisticated four and five-axis process solutions and innovative design concepts based on its single, twin and four-spindle vertical machining centres and milling-turning centres. STAMA machine tools are characterised by their robust construction, high availability, outstanding flexibility and high production efficiency in both small series and high-volume manufacturing.

This includes everything from applications engineering, programming and tooling selection up to the delivery of full turnkey packages. It also includes fast-track access to finance and service packages that cover preventative maintenance agreements, 24-hour support lines and factory-trained service engineers.

STAMA UK will join an Engineering Technology Group portfolio that also includes Chiron UK, Turning Technologies, which represents Nakamura Tome multi-tasking turning centres, Feeler UK, Handtmann CNC UK, Engineering Solutions, and the Group’s work-holding and automation specialist, Hyfore Engineering.

Engineering Technology Group Managing Director John Temple said: “We are delighted that STAMA has chosen us to represent them in the UK and Ireland.
