In a new initiative to further enhance customer service satisfaction, Peter Capp, MD of Coventry-based Sodick distributor, Sodi-Tech, has announced a new pricing structure which means that, wherever a customer is located in mainland UK, from Lands End to John o’Groats, the maximum chargeable travel time for a Sodick Service Engineer’s visit will be two hours in each direction.  

The new program will also benefit local customers in circumstances when an engineer’s journey time is extended, for example by road works, floods or diversions, the travel-time cost to the customer will still be capped at two hours.  

Peter Capp explains; "Because customer satisfaction is a top priority for Sodi-Tech, we are always looking for ways to improve our service offering. We know from customers how much they gain from our Service Engineers’ site visits – our new initiative makes those visits even better value."
