Following years of significant growth, XYZ machine tools is seeing yet another burst in sales with a relatively new range of machines now available from the Devon based business.

New additions to their port-folio include, multi axis lathes such as the TC320 LTY, the Compact Turn 52 LTY, the 560 mini mill with the addition of a two axis rotary table and their new Oil Country lathes. Recent sales of these models have exceeded that of some other popular machines contributing towards continued annual growth year on year at XYZ.

Other factors associated with the businesses growth include returns gained from significant investments in new showroom facilities around the country, the latest of which is opening in Scotland, helping service the needs of manufacturer's north of the border. Along with this facilty, XYZ are set to employ an applications engineer, a salesman and a service engineer, all tasked to grow installations in this area.

Another key investment includes the expansion of the current head office in Devon, now almost double in size, the Tiverton facility really is impressive. This growth has enabled XYZ to relocate and grow their spares department, expand their showroom and demonstration area as well as cater for recent increases in demand for their products by having more floorspace for more stock.

Nigel Atherton Managing Director tells us more:

'Times are very exciting at XYZ, we're going through a period of sustained growth. We continue to invest in both our team and developing our machine tool technology. One significant factor in our growth can be attributed to the addition of multi axis lathes to our port-folio. Engineers are keen to explore the possibility of having additional axes.'

'With more products to offer, it's only natural our sales will increase, this means demand on our resources will also increase hence our continued investment in both people and infrastructure'.
