Taking what is great and making it even better is a never-ending pursuit, even when concerned about eclipsing the already proven and successful. The BA 400 set a trend that is continued by the BA 422 and BA 442. With monobloc design and a significantly lighter 3-axis unit than that found in the BA 400, higher acceleration and speeds are possible, ultimately resulting in higher productivity. Energy efficiency is also increased.

For high volume machining of hydraulic valves or common rail diesel pumps, for example, it is unlikely that you will find a more productive twin or four spindle machine. With ball screws for high thrust and direct driven rotary axes, the BA 4 series has all the features a modern machine must have.
