Patented “QwikSlide” allows the moveable jaw to be unlocked to slide forward and back in seconds, allowing rapid set-up.
The One-Lok’s hardened, precision-ground, cast iron base is a solid, fully-sealed working surface. No open ways and no chip traps makes for easy cleaning.
BoltFast Jaw System holds like a bolt – only better. Soft and hard jaws can be changed in seconds with a single turn of the locking screw, while providing repeatability better than 0.02mm.
The “Squeeze Clamping” configuration applies an equal and opposite internal force to the fixed jaw as the moving jaw closes, providing zero jaw lift, and virtually deflection-free component clamping.
4.5 tonnes of holding force whilst also imparting a pull down action ensures the workpiece will be held safely and securely under heavy machining conditions.
