Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence talk about the OEM Servicing Difference

Sam O’Prey, Aftermarket Sales Manager for Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in the UK, invited MTDCNC to their Telford precision centre to meet himself and John Gallon, the Service Team Leader, to discuss the Hexagon difference when it comes to the servicing and calibrating of their CMM’s.

In this video Sam talks about the levels of service they offer and the support network setup by Hexagon in the UK and John discusses the level of detail the OEM engineers strictly adhere to.
