ABB’s FlexLoader SC 3000 XL sets the standard in flexible machine tool tending. The SC 3000 XL is a larger version of the SC 3000 allowing for larger components and a longer automation run times.
The FlexLoader SC 3000 XL comes with a wider chassie aswell as wider and longer conveyor belts, doubling the storage capacity. The larger base and enclosure also allow for the larger IRB4600 robot to be used improving reach payload and accessibility.
The door openings allow easier movement of robot from pick area to machine. The FlexLoader SC 3000 XL comes complete with a fully integrated handling robot with a pre-programmed robot code for a short installation time.
