Features:
– Improves productivity with high-pressure, double coolant system
Exclusive supply nozzle on the top of the toolholder applies coolant directly to the cutting edge while the bottom coolant hole covers the flank
High feed machining possible, as coolant from both the top and bottom reduces flank wear and crater fracture on the rake
High-pressure coolant on the cutting edge breaks chips, which is difficult to achieve with general external coolant supply
Applications:
Superalloy with low machinability, such as Ti and Inconel
