New KERF Optima waterjet cutting machine fitted with two cutting heads.
The machine has a working range of 4,000mm x 2,000mm and fitted with a 50HP high pressure BHDT pump.
Abrasive waterjet technology is ideal for cutting a wide range of materials and thicknesses. It can be used to cut finished parts or perhaps used to cut billets of materials very close to finished size prior to machining on a 3, 4 or 5 axis machining centre. This could help you to reduce your materials costs, roughing times, tooling costs and reduce machining times.
Available for an August/September 2019 delivery and installation.
