The MTL X-Stream offers an advanced technology in optical measurement designed for heavy duty parts. Its wide open front facilitates up to 60 kg loading weight. The X-Stream range provides a wide measuring area of up to 500, 850 and 1250 mm in length and up to 170 mm in diameter.
This machine’s robust design allows for measurement directly on the shop floor, with integrated on-board step-master, temperature sensors and oil collection features. The MTL X-Stream is specifically designed to measure big shafts, equipped with a special piece rotation unit which can operate with pieces weighing up to 60kg, guaranteeing optimal accuracy.
